About the roleReporting to the Centre Manager, the Team Leader in conjunction with the other Centre leaders will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Centre and will ensure efficient workflow to increase productivity and create a comfortable and a friendly environment for all BMVS customers.We’re looking for:We're currently looking for a Reception Team Leader on a permanent full-time basis. Medical centre hours are between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday, as well as 8am – 4pm during peak; so there is an expectation you will be able to work these hours as requested across a rotating roster.As a Team Leader your duties will include:The leadership and supervision of all Receptionist/Concierge team members to ensure a productive and positive work environment which aligns with the Bupa Values.Fosters a collaborative, professional and effective environment for the team.Maintain team through recruiting, selecting, inducting, on boarding and training employees.Ensure all team members have the required training and resources available to them.Develop and implement effective rosters for Receptionist, Concierge team members.Maintain the general administration of the Centre, for example the disposal of medical checklist and maintenance of supplies such as stationery and kitchen stock orders.About YouOur successful Leaders come from a wide variety of backgrounds and work experiences.
