About the Role
In this role you will be responsible for leading the Reception Team; workforce planning to meet and exceed service levels; create systems and processes to ensure consistency; training and on-boarding of new Team Members, and promoting a culture of high quality service and employee engagement.
The hours for this role will vary across Monday-Sunday and we do have the ability to be flexible and support each other given that the Team is made up of both permanent and casual employees.
Your Experience
- A minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role;
- Experience in leading a team including workforce planning and rostering;
- Having a courteous and friendly manner;
- Exceptional personal presentation;
- Highly developed customer relations skills;
- The ability to master required software applications;
- The ability to work autonomously and in a team environment;
- The ability to build rapport with members and internal staff; and
- A calm and friendly disposition, while working under pressure.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated commitment and ability to work as part of a dynamic team
- First Aid Certificate - desirable
