The Role: Our Receptionist is crucial to the smooth operation of our clinics, managing the flow of our busy practices from early mornings to late evenings, Monday through Saturday. This role requires a high degree of adaptability, exceptional organizational skills, and a calm demeanor to ensure that every patient feels welcomed and cared for.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients with a warm and informative approach
Efficiently manage appointment scheduling and patient queries
Handle administrative tasks with a keen eye for detail
Utilize various technologies for record keeping and communication
Multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
Work collaboratively within our team to provide exceptional patient care

About You:
You have a natural flair for communication and interpersonal relationships
