Knox City Orthodontics is a specialist orthodontic practice. We pride ourselves on bringing contemporary orthodontic care to patients of all ages, and have been doing so for more than 20 years. We are a family-owned and operated business, with a close-knit team, some of which have been with us for over a decade!

About the Role:

As a Receptionist in our thriving practice, you’ll play a key role in providing high quality clinical and administrative assistance to practice clinicians, as well as engaging with patients in a positive and professional way. Exceptional customer service and strong organisational skills will help to ensure the ongoing success of the practice and the satisfaction of our patients.

Skills and Experience:

You Have:

• Dental Receptionist experience (desirable)
• Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite
• Have experience in dental practice management software (Preferred)

You Are:

• An excellent communicator - both written and oral - with strong attention to detail
• Extremely organised, with the ability to prioritise busy workloads and manage multiple demands within required timeframes
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
• Self-motivated and willing to take initiative
