AddressMaven Dental Morley are seeking a passionate Receptionist on a casual basis.
In this role, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our patients, welcoming them warmly and ensuring their comfort. Your responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, managing phone inquiries, and maintaining the efficiency of our reception area. Above all, you will embody our practice's dedication to delivering superior care and outstanding service.
The successful applicant:
Prior experience as a dental receptionist is preferred but not mandatory. Training will be provided to the right candidate.
Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and practice management software (Exact) is highly regarded.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to interact effectively with patients and team members.
Display a high level of professionalism, maintaining a friendly and courteous demeanour even during busy periods.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritise effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
Demonstrate a compassionate and understanding approach towards patients, making them feel at ease.
