Whilst working in our state-of-the-art facility, you will have the opportunity to be part of a highly professional and friendly team, who consider each other as family. This opportunity exists for a professional and engaging Receptionist who wants to work surrounded by a great team, be involved with an exciting, innovative luxury brand, and enjoy being the pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the Dealership.
This position will be responsible for, but not limited to: -
- Being the first point of contact for all customers via the phone and in person;
- Assistance with administrative duties for all departments within the Dealership.
To be successful in this role you must possess the following qualities: -
- The ability to work every Saturday from 8:30am to 5:00pm, and Tuesday to Friday from 8.30am until 5.30pm
- Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Project a professional image at all times through personal appearance/interpersonal skills;
- Must be a motivated self-starter able to work effectively with all departments;
