Job Summary
As a Hospitality Attendant at P1 Entertainment Complex, you will be an essential part of our team, ensuring that our guests have an exceptional and enjoyable experience. Your role will involve providing outstanding customer service, assisting with food and beverage service, facilitating golf experiences, and maintaining the cleanliness and ambience of our facility.

- Successful applicants need a police clearance and work with children accreditation.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain knowledge of our menu and entertainment offerings to assist guests with their selections.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with a positive attitude.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of events and functions.
- Greet and assist guests, ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
- Provide prompt and efficient food and beverage service in the bar and restaurant.
- Facilitate golf experiences using our cutting-edge simulators.
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.
Qualifications
- You have an RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate.
- You have a Working with Children certificate.
- You have a police check certificate.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- At least 2 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for providing excellent service.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
