This is an Office Administration /Receptionist position with an exclusive boutique real estate office that has been operating in the Eastern Beaches area for the last fifteen years! With a tight-knit and committed team of experienced staff members, this real estate agency pride itself on its personalised service and follow-up.
The Role:
Monday – Friday, you will be required to:
- Answering and diverting calls
- Meeting & Greeting clients
- Mail, banking, filing
- General support for the Sales & Property Management teams
- Provide full administration support to a small team of agents
- Database management and updates on the intranet
- Assist with social media/marketing for the agency
- General ad hoc duties
- Be well-presented and polished
- Have a great attitude and willingness to learn
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- great attention to detail and organisational skills
- High level of customer service and excellent rapport-building skills
- Monday – Friday/ No weekends
