We are looking for a Receptionist/Secretary (Administration all-rounder!) to join our fast-growing team in Gateshead NSW.
About the Role
- Are you looking to try something in a new environment as a receptionist/administrator. You will be the first point of contact for all our customers, new and existing.
- Can you provide great customer service, show the ability to learn & grow within the role?
- You have an excellent phone manner & communication skills.
- You know your way around a computer & are open to learning new technology.
- You enjoy working directly with people, both within your own team and with our valued customers.
- You are a multi-tasker and have a can-do positive attitude.
Key responsibilities include:
- First point of contact for customers' telephone calls.
- General reception duties.
- Administrative duties & data entry.
- Job Scheduling and Management
In order to be successful, you will need:

- Flexibility/ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and committed.
- Willingness to learn.
- Exposure to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
