Job description

We are looking for a new addition who wants to learn and become an all round property expert in an ever changing industry. 

This career choice will teach you all you need to know about reception and property management with the ultimate goal of being a multi skilled agent, with the ability to advance.

The role includes, but isn't limited to –

  • Answering and directing phone calls, meeting and greeting clients.
  • Providing administrative support for the office
  • Receiving and processing rental payments
  • Filing – Hard and soft copies
  • Preparing the window display and brochures
  • Organising repair and maintenance to properties.
  • Conduct periodic inspections of properties.
  • Respond to enquiries from prospective tenants & show available properties.
  • Ensuring that tenants comply with tenancy agreements & that properties are appropriately cared for.
  • Advertising of vacant properties.
  • Preparation of new lease sign up packages.
  • Processing of tenant applications.
  • Preparation & sending of inspection & arrears correspondence.
  • Supporting sales agents with client feedback, data maintenance and management of the sales process

Skills and Experience

You should possess the following - 

  • Current Driver’s Licence
  • Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration – or willing to undertake the study required
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Great time management
  • Be able to multi task
  • Have a strong attention to detail
  • Have a friendly & positive attitude
