Due to continued growth, RIS safety now seeks to strengthen our NSW team by putting a call out for a highly enthusiastic height safety installer with proven roofing, height safety installation experience or a tradie looking for a change in career.

About the role

The ideal candidate will offer a strong mix of skills around communication, operating power tools, a great attitude, energy and a willingness to learn.

What you will do

  • Complete compliance inspections of height safety systems, like ladders and anchor points at industrial sites
  • Use your training and experience to provide recommendations to make sites safer
  • Provide and complete compliance documentation through our digital platform
  • Complete your work through our digital field solution (no paper)
  • Liaise with the servicing sales team to notify of any opportunities identified
  • Continuous updating of technical knowledge

The desired criteria is as per following: 

  • Be a team player
  • Have great customer service skills  
  • Be able to operate power tools
  • Have current drivers license
  • A construction trade background 
  • Previous experience in height safety installations or similar is a plus
  • Roofing or carpentry experience is a plus
