Reconciliations Specialist

You will play a critical role in verifying payment correctness and compliance with financial protocols.Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed financial reconciliations with precision and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline reconciliation processes.
• Utilize software tools to manage and analyze financial data efficiently.
• Develop strategies to enhance reconciliation accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
• Provide support and guidance on reconciliation methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in financial reconciliations or similar roles.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus but not required
