Here, you'll be part of the team, empowered to explore more, experience more and supported by your leader to grow and develop.The roleAs we prepare for another beautiful Perth summer, we are in need of individuals with outstanding customer service and a passion for keeping our guests safe around our Leisure facilities to join the Crown Resorts team as a Part-Time Recreation Attendant.As a Recreation Attendant you will be responsible for working across a variety of areas across our Crown Perth Leisure Facilities including 16 swimming pools, 2 reception areas and a retail kiosk.The intake dates for this role will be across September and October 2024.In this role, you'll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

• Provide consistent lifeguard duties to our guests in the Crown Metropol & Crown Towers pool areas
• Ensure guests are safe at all times around the Leisure facilities
• Provide a clean, tidy, safe and inviting environment for all guests
• Additional duties include reception tasks, telephone inquiries, customer service support

About youYou'll bring the following:

• Experience as a public pool lifeguard or beach lifeguard (preferred)
• RLSSWA Pool Lifeguard Qualification
• Provide First Aid & Resuscitation Qualification
• Available every day between 5.30am - 9.30pm including weekends and public holidays
• Willingness to work outdoors in the constant Perth Summer Heat

Additional InformationTo be successful, you'll:

• Ability to commit to 20-48 hours per fortnight
• Flexible availability that includes regular weekends and public holidays
