About the Role:

WorkPac are seeking a for our client a Recruitment Advisor - Blue Collar. This position offers a Monday to Friday roster, located in Henderson.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Strategic Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop recruitment strategies tailored to attract blue-collar talent across different industries and job functions.

• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, trade schools, community organizations, and referrals, to identify and attract qualified blue-collar candidates.

• Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct pre-screening interviews, and assess candidate qualifications, skills, and suitability for blue-collar positions.

• Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.

• Candidate Management: Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, feedback, and guidance to ensure a positive candidate experience.

• Employer Branding: Promote the organization as an employer of choice within the blue-collar talent market, leveraging employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

• Offer Management: Facilitate offer negotiations, conduct reference checks, and manage the offer acceptance process, ensuring competitive and compelling offers are extended to selected candidates.

• Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating orientation sessions, collecting required documentation, and facilitating training as needed.

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

• Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on blue-collar positions within manufacturing, construction, skilled trades, or similar industries.

• Strong understanding of blue-collar talent markets, including knowledge of relevant industries, job functions, and skill requirements.

• Excellent sourcing and candidate assessment skills, with the ability to identify and engage qualified blue-collar candidates.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with candidates and hiring managers.

• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and MS Office suite.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
