HERE'S WHERE YOU COME IN: The MSP Support Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting team members to ensure the recruitment of contingent workers is efficient and compliant and meets customer needs. The role also directly supports the customers and their recruitment suppliers. There is no recruitment or selling involved in this role. It is a pure support role which is dedicated to the compliance activities in onboarding and managing the support tasks to ensure yours and the team's success. It is based on site 2 – days per week, Mondays to Friday from 08:30hrs – 17:00hrs and may also be located on client site.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
- Partnering directly with hiring managers and suppliers, maintaining consistent communication and updates as a liaison between both parties
- Ensuring compliance and quality requirements are met and in-line with company and client SLAs.
- Working collaboratively with internal on-boarding teams.
- Being the go-to person for all key stakeholders
- Administration of the Vendor Management System to ensure orders/job postings, bookings/work orders and extensions are managed in line with procedures.
- Training of Hiring Managers and Recruitment Suppliers on systems and processes
- Level 1 dispute resolution if required between customers and recruitment suppliers.
- Assisting in the promotion of the NPS experience with Hiring Managers
- Administration support assigning tickets, lodging background checks, shortlisting candidates, creating work orders, extensions, cost centre changes, timesheet, closing off work orders, requesting Stafflink ID, creating reports.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects and duties to assist the Manager such as: creations of SOPs, training manuals, reporting, etc.
- Process invoicing, purchase orders, expenses and miscellaneous for team.
WHAT WILL YOU BRING?
On your first day with us you will be able to demonstrate your:
- 2- 3 years’ experience working in a result driven CS role or recruitment T/A function.
- Understanding of target driven environment.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to influence
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Evidenced capability in speed of response and prioritization
- Proven capability working and managing data within MS Excel
NICE FOR YOU TO HAVE
- Experience from within an MSP or RPO
- Experience working with Fieldglass or other VMS.
- Experience in the contingent labour.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- VMS, recruitment, or procurement management technology exposure
