Duties include, but are not limited to
- Ideally, we’re looking for previous recruitment experience, however not mandatory.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, and strong administrative skills.
- Skills to build relationships with our candidates, for work in the healthcare sector.
- Enjoy a fast-paced role and adaptable to change, growth and new challenges.
- Outstanding communication skills with a professional, telephone manner.
- Work well within a team and autonomously.
- Any experience in a call centre, sales or rosters/allocations is positive.
About you
- You have Microsoft Office and administration based knowledge and be zippy around a computer.
- Your years of experience within professional work spaces will see you fit in well with this fast paced environment.
- You’re an outstanding communicator with a bubbly and professional telephone manner.
- You have a mature demeanour and work well within a team and also autonomously.
- You can be proactive and think outside the square when allocating shifts.
- Previous experience rostering/scheduling and sales would be an advantage but not essential.
