We are looking to hire experienced Recruitment Consultants from all sectors to join our award-winning brand.
What do we offer you?
We make up a group of 20+ consultants on the sales floor and cross-share clients across all specalisations. We are experiencing growth and are hiring across our technology, digital and finance divisions as a result of growth, with more roles than we can currently handle.
Work alongside our hands-on Directors, who each have 20+ years of experience in the recruitment space in Sydney. We emphasise personal development and learning, with internal and external trainers and guerrilla sessions on current trends. All new hires participate in our 12-week training program offered by Inspire Performance, which will allow you to make the most of your strengths and improve your recruitment skills. All consultants have one on one career coaching and goal setting with Inspire Performance to help you achieve personalised goals. You will have genuine opportunities for growth and development!

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- The day to day tasks of posting ads, interviewing/testing applicants, negotiating T&Cs of employment, maintaining records of vacancies, providing employers/candidates with information on the job market for the relevant vertical, etc.
- Have a full 360-degree focus, new business development, account management and candidate management
- Develop expert knowledge within your niche market vertical
- Offer your clients and candidates an exceptional service, always
- Attend and run networking events in your market vertical
- Maintain and build our relationship with existing clients
- Maintain candidate and client satisfaction through our real-time surveys
- Utilise content marketing to attract candidates and clients and develop our brand
- You will manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process, focusing on a niche vertical market in the technology, finance space or digital space.
Who you are?
- Self-motivated, outcome driven individual
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant from ANY sector, who is passionate! Ideally 24+ months experience
- Dedicated, career-driven and ambitious, you are someone who wants to hit your strides as a Recruitment Consultant and progress your career.
