As a Recruitment Consultant/ Business Development Manager you will be the pinnacle of knowledge in regard to the recruitment functions but also have a passion for generating new business and bringing more clients on. You will have a keen enthusiasm for spotting opportunities, with a natural tenacity to break into the market. Your Key Responsibilities:
- A minimum of 2 - 5 years' experience in a similar position with a successful track record for achieving results through influence
- Experience within the Blue Collar Recruitment space
- Proven ability to build and foster strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels of an organizational structure
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- The ability to effectively work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and successfully prioritise work
- Strong motivation to deliver exceptional customer service
- A fun, energetic and hardworking approach
- Willingness to learn and be coached for success
- Current Driver's license.

- Proven track record of experience within the Blue-Collar Recruitment sector
- Possesses a profound understanding of labour hire, recruitment, and/or migration services.
- Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills, with an ability to establish and cultivate client relationships.

- Displays proactive and innovative thinking in meeting client needs.
- Possesses proficiency in CRM systems and data analytics tools.
