Your new role 

You will join our team supporting Federal Government recruitment activities, you'll be responsible for your own sector, recruiting both temporary and permanent positions & partnering with hiring managers. This high-volume sector requires someone who enjoys working in a fast past environment who can prioritise their day to day, partnering with our customers to deliver a high level of customer service. You will work within a broader team that has proven experience in delivering a premium service to our Federal Government candidates and clients. With the backing of WoAG panels, we see this as an exciting opportunity to take carriage of an existing portfolio to make it your own.

  • Conducting sales calls to create and further develop relationships with businesses who we currently deal with & identifying new business opportunities
  • Sourcing new candidates and conducting thorough interviews

  • Identifying and building partnerships with new clients and candidates
  • Providing outstanding service delivery to your portfolio of established relationships

What you'll need to succeed 

You don't need to have recruitment experience as our training will give you the tools you need to be well-informed about the profession and to be an influential knowledge source for your sector. This is a growing business unit and there are many existing relationships to leverage off, along with many new ones to find. You'll need to be an excellent communicator with an inquisitive nature to build strong relationships and identify opportunities. With an interest to learn & an ambition to succeed, you will also be:

  • Highly motivated, sales driven and someone who thrives in a fast-paced team environment
  • Committed and confident in building partnerships with customers
  • Driven towards achieving results to progress your career
  • Adaptable and agile, able to constantly seek new opportunities in the market
