Kaizen Recruitment has established commercial relationships with a plethora of leading Fund Managers and Financial Planning firms. We are seeking an experienced Wealth Management or recruitment professional who can enhance these relationships and in time lead our Wealth Management practise.

Key responsibilities will include:
Partnering with a broad range of established Fund Managers, Dealer Groups and Financial Planning firms; Procuring new business through business development, relationship and account management activities and initiatives; Developing and maintaining trusted candidate relationships / talent pools; Managing multiple recruitment processes end to end; and Contributing to thought leadership and industry-related marketing communications across social media platforms. You will be commercially astute, energetic, resilient, a proactive networker, and have a genuine interest in helping people with their careers, while offering strategic advice to clients regarding their human capital requirements.You will be offered a market-competitive salary, one of the best commission structures in the industry, and ongoing training and development.
