Key Objective:
To provide a full suite of administrative and operational support across all recruitment activities. Working alongside experts to help facilitate the recruitment of skilled workers for our clients and partner countries across the globe.
Key Accountabilities:
The below list of accountabilities is not exhaustive and other duties may be assigned to the post holder, which is to be undertaken as requested or required.
- Supporting the Recruitment Division as a point of contact for all Recruitment enquiries, including recruitment mailbox.
- Liaising with management & labour hire parties.
- Review/screening of CVs, candidate interviews shortlisting
- Quality check CVs from agents for shortlisting prior to presenting to clients.
- Assist with job advertisement creation.
- Assist with the coordination and tracking of the resourcing process from the quote sign-off stage through to the arrival of the applicant in Australia.
- Provide a welcome service, airport meet & greet, bank setup, and brief orientation.
- Maintain cultural awareness briefing and induction pack for all overseas employees arriving in Australia.
- Maintain & update accurate records and spreadsheets to monitor processes and timelines
- Handle customer feedback, complaints and problems.
- Supporting the co-ordination of client visits to Manila
- Assist in the management of the portfolio of jobs and responsible recruiters, escalating any non-conformance issues in line with Service Level Agreements.
- Store all information by appropriate methods.
- Liaise with clients and candidates as required for recruitment and migration documentation if necessary.
- Build rapport & relationships with key stakeholders, internal and external; clients, candidates, agents, migration team and training authorities
- Provide excellent customer service aligned to company values.
- Other recruitment general admin duties as required.
Specific Skills/Education/Experience:
- Blue Collar recruitment background preferred white collar recruitment advantage.
- Understanding of volume recruitment techniques and process
- Diplomatic; exercises confidentiality, discretion, commercial sensitivity and candidate privacy
- Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written – ability to deal at all levels and with language barriers
- Highly organised and efficient with an eye for detail
- Quality and customer service driven
- Basic understanding of migration process (further training will be provided)
- Computer literate using MS Office Suite with good speed and accuracy, particularly with Word, Excel and Outlook
- WA Driving License for use of company vehicles
