About the role
We are currently seeking a Recruitment Lead to join us based out of Sydney or Brisbane, as part of a wider internal resourcing team. This role will be responsible for leading a team of 4 recruiters and working across some the largest Infrastructure, Rail and Construction projects across the country.

Key responsibilities
- You will lead the recruitment team, deliver the recruitment strategy and coordinate all workforce planning.
- Source, attract & appoint talented people. That is, people who not only meet the role criteria, but also align with our people-centric culture.
- Partnering with our senior delivery and operational leaders
- Provide recruitment governance through weekly resourcing forums with key leadership, the project leaders, contribute to our recruitment campaigns and manage the internal movements of employees.
About you
- You will be an experienced recruitment manager / senior recruiter with the drive, energy and experience to lead a team, pro-actively nurture candidate pipelines, and facilitate end-to-end recruitment outcomes.
- You will be responsible for recruiting large-volumes of vacancies, especially during project ramp-ups. Therefore, it’s essential you are self-organised and self-motivated, with excellent relationship-building skills.
- You will ideally have held an internal recruitment manager role, or senior recruitment role within a large construction or engineering firm.
- You will enjoy building relationships with stakeholders, have the ability to influence and enjoy being a part of a team
