We are looking for a new addition to our collaborative Recruitment Team to take on an entry-level, internal recruitment role. You will be CPL's go-to recruiter for our front-line workforce, our Direct Support Workers.
Your role will include:
- Comprehensive on the job training for the role
- Planning and posting job advertisements
- Screening candidates and booking interviews
- Liaising with managers to determine recruitment needs and partaking in monthly meeting to discuss process improvements
- Assisting with the planning and coordination of group assessment centers, interviews and employee onboarding
- Completing job offers and compliance checks
- Booking new starters into mandatory trainings, providing employee information including - training invitations, contracts and onboarding packs
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders through the entire onboarding process
- Working as part of the broader People, Learning and Culture team
What we are looking for?
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Basic knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel across Brisbane or Gold Coast for Assessment Centre sessions
- Recently completed or currently studying a Bachelors in Business/HR or another related area is highly desirable but not a mandatory requirement
- Ability to obtain a vaild Blue Car and NDIS Worker Screening Check prior to commencement
- Someone with a positive attitude and an innovative thinker
