Due to continued growth and operations, an Opportunity has now arisen for a dedicated and talented Recruitment Resourcer/Administrator to be responsible for all recruitment & resourcing activities for a wide range of global, national and local clients.
About the Opportunity
Working within a small dynamic team and as a motivated self starter, key responsibilities include the following:
- Create jobs on the database & post job advertisements on SEEK, LinkedIn & social media platforms.
- Perform recruitment activities such as resourcing, database search, social media platforms & candidate/client referrals.
- Prepare & manage all contractor documentation including contracts, inductions and so on.
- Research, compose & post online content on the company’s website & social media accounts.
- Maintain all social media & marketing activities.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources or Marketing.
- As a self-starter you will have high energy levels, initiative & a “can do” attitude.
- Agency recruitment experience highly desirable.
- Strong initiative with a proactive ability to source & attract candidates.
- Sound organisational & time management skills.
- Well developed interpersonal & communication skills.
- Great team player & able to work within a team & independently.
