Recycling Sorter

Our client is the largest waste management company in Australia providing sustainable waste management solutions to a wide range of companies. They currently looking for Recycling Sorters for their Lucas Heights centre .

Job Brief/Overview:

• Sorting recyclables from conveyor line – fast moving conveyor, repetitive work, noisy and dusty environment
• Cleaning of working areas and outside
• Audit waste as required by Local Council Representatives and clients, and provide accurate reporting as required on time to a high standard
• Perform maintenance and/or safety checks on equipment as required
• Review existing procedures on a regular basis, with a focus on continuous improvement and safety
• Complete all records and paperwork accurately, as directed and required.

• Ability to complete repetitive, mundane tasks
• Commitment to safety
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
