Position: Reformer Pilates Instructor

Adelaide’s newest wellness studio, Studio Exhale, is looking for an experienced Reformer Pilates instructor to lead classes in a supportive, community-focused environment.

Our contemporary wellness studio has been carefully curated and meticulously designed as a space of ultimate relaxation. We specialise in Reformer Pilates, infrared sauna therapy, and cold plunge, massage therapy, reiki alignments, and transformative breathwork sessions–encompassing a comprehensive approach to wellness that nourishes the mind, body, and soul. 
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engaging and dynamic Reformer Pilates classes tailored to various skill levels, from beginners to seasoned practitioners.
• Provide personalised attention and guidance to clients, ensuring their safety and progression throughout each session.
• Create a supportive and motivating atmosphere that encourages clients to push their boundaries and achieve their wellness goals.
   

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Reformer Pilates instructor, with a deep understanding of proper technique and alignment.
• Certification in Reformer Pilates instruction from a recognised organization.
• Strong communication skills and passion for wellness. 
• Dedication to continuous learning and self-improvement.
• Ability to modify exercises for various fitness levels and adapt to individual needs
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
