Based in Launceston, we are seeking a Regional Manager to lead our Northern Tasmania region. The region consists of 9 clinics (plus a public hospital reporting contract) within Launceston and the Northwest Coast of Tasmania, including Burnie, Devonport and Latrobe.
As part of the VIC & TAS Business Unit Leadership team, this role ensures we continue to develop and support our exceptional team to deliver high quality services to patients, customers, referrers and the community, whilst achieving business goals.
As a people leader you are a superb communicator and influencer who can ensure successful delivery of change initiatives and achievement of operational improvement through your team. The key to your success will be the relationships you build with our Doctors and the effective leadership and management of our clinic teams through ongoing coaching, mentoring, development and support.
You are someone who thrives in a community based, and people centric, business with demonstrable expertise in a multi-site leadership role that includes managing complex workforce resource planning and P&L management, ideally with experience in the healthcare sector.
