We are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our marketing efforts in AUNZ. The Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, overseeing, and executing marketing strategies and activities to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition in the region.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Regional Marketing strategies and plans together with the Regional Sales Team, that support the company's brand and growth goals and, which align with global marketing strategy - to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple target audiences and verticals.
- Research and analyse regional markets to identify new opportunities and potential customers - be the expert in your region.
- Develop regional budgets and monitor performance against them.
- Manage day-to-day operation of all regional campaigns, both traditional and digital - and be a confident all rounder in producing collateral for all customer touchpoints in the customer lifecycle journey.
- Develop relationships with regional stakeholders, including media, vendors, and other organizations.
- Analyze regional market trends and competitor activities and stay up to date on changes and best practices in marketing.
- Monitor and analyse Regional Marketing performance data and constantly evolve plans to inform future activity.
- Prepare Regional Marketing reports and presentations and be confident to share with key organisational stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with overall business objectives.
- Manage external vendors and agencies as needed.
- Work closely with the Growth Marketing Manager to ensure Soprano segmentation data and preferences are constantly up to date, and with the Regional Sales Manager to ensure that all marketing activity is facilitating the sales conversion process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of marketing experience in a regional role.
- Proven success in strategically developing and executing successful Regional Marketing strategies tailored to multiple touchpoints in the customer lifecycle.
- Understand and work confidently within marketing automation platforms (Hubspot experience preferable) as part of the communication connection strategy.
- Understand and work confidently within CRM (Hubspot experience preferable)
- Expert knowledge of digital marketing channels and marketing automation platforms; web, email, search, display, and social media. Hubspot, SEM Rush a plus.
- Ability to develop creative solutions to challenging business problems.
- Experience in B2B focused digital engagement, lead nurturing and communication roles.
- Data driven approach to problems and opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strategic and commercial thinking style.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with particular attention to detail.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit

- We are a global company, and our head office is in Sydney. There will be a requirement from time to time to attend after-hours global meetings in multiple time zones.
