What your role is about
As the Regional Stores Manager (RSM) you will report to General Manager - Distribution and lead our two Financial Services Stores on the Northern Beaches.
Our Regional Stores Managers are the key leaders in the region responsible for delivering our corporate vision, mission and values in the delivery of banking services to the communities we operate in.
The RSM will lead a team of Banking and Lending Specialists and will be supported by a Team Leader to enable the success of our customer owned banking model.
You will have strong leadership skills and be actively involved in inspiring, empowering and developing your team in providing our unique brand of service and use disciplined sales management practices to ensure member product enquires are fulfilled to high standards. You will use your high attention to detail to proactively identify operational risks within the region and use your knowledge to meet our regulatory obligations. This role will also operate with a strong philosophical alignment to the principles and values of CFB.
What you need to succeed
- Proven leadership experience in banking or financial services
- Ability to drive and lead business growth across (the retail channel) a multi-site region.
- Lead and support team to achieve sales, service and operational outcomes.
- Drive and support brand awareness
- Drive strategic initiatives within the region
- Strong business acumen
- Energetic and well-presented professional with a proven track record in sales
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Confident & Creative thinker with ‘a can do attitude’
