About the role
We are looking for a full time Regional Trainer to join our Spa Operations team, supporting the growth of our company owned spa portfolio in Queensland. The role is predominantly spa based, with Mondays designated as admin time performed at home. Travel within your designated territory is a key requirement of the role.
As an endota Regional Trainer your responsibilities will include:
- Working with the Business Development Manager to develop a training strategy for QLD company owned spas.
- Coaching and developing our In-Spa Trainers and Therapists to deliver quality treatments and customer experience.
- Liaising with the endota Education team regarding Training compliance and the progression of our In-Spa Trainers.
- Conducting treatment observations and sign offs in spa.
- Improving the consultation and prescribing skills of our Therapists and In-Spa Trainers to optimise retail results in spas.
- Managing all training related administrative and planning tasks.
- General management and support of the spas in your territory as required by the business.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Beauty Therapy qualifications essential (Diploma Qualification preferred).
- Prior experience as a Trainer or Spa/Salon Manager highly regarded and/or qualifications in Training & Assessment (a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment as a minimum).
- People management and coaching experience with an ability to cater to different learning styles.
- Ability to analyse needs and build appropriate plans to improve service delivery and spa financial outcomes.
- Well-developed administration, planning and time management skills.
You will be someone with a strong desire to learn and develop both your knowledge and that of the spas teams you support and coach.
