Practice Nurse Role:

We are looking for a knowledgeable Nurse who can manage a treatment room and chronic care of patients within a busy, multi-faceted General Practice. The ideal candidate will be positive, a strong team player, and most importantly, patient focused. We are looking for someone who has passion for general practice, childhood development, immunisation, chronic care and wound care. We encourage applicants who are passionate about CDM programs to apply. 

We are currently looking to fill a casual position with 30 hours a week.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

·         Immunisations

·         Chronic Disease Management

·         Wound Care

·         Assisting doctors with surgical procedures

·         Triage and Assessment of clients

·         Participation in Quality and Infection Control Activities

The ideal candidate:

·         AHPRA registration

·         Immunisation endorsed

·         Good customer skills with patient & doctor focussed

·         Good computer skills

·         Team Player

Training will be provided for the right candidate.
