This position will involve managing cases on behalf of our consulting Migration Agents. With a diverse and growing range of clients, we seek an RMA who can take a brief and ‘run with it’. In return you will receive a percentage of the fees billed, meaning you can directly control your work load and income.

About You
To represent PAX Migration you must have : (1) excellent immigration knowledge and (2) an instinct for great customer service. Specifically we are looking for the following attributes:
- Must be a Registered Migration Agent expert in any of :
- Employer sponsored law and policy (ie. 482,186,494,400,408,407)
- General skilled migration law and policy
- Family visas migration law and policy
- Excellent professional English written and oral communication including ability to communicate with a wide range of clients from a variety of backgrounds
- Excellent case management and organizational skills to manage deadlines and perform in a fast-paced role
- Diligent attention to detail, thorough and conscientious approach to all cases especially when under pressure
- Demonstrated professionalism, integrity and strong customer service instincts
- Experience with Migration Manager preferred
The role will be remunerated as a percentage of fees. Remuneration based on a comfortable full time work load will equate to $90k - $120k p.a depending on your productivity level. In short, you will be fairly rewarded for your effort and skills, without the stress of having to attract clients and run a business.
