AND YOU ARE?

• A Registered Nurse with at least 1 year’s experience (Aged Care experience is not essential, but AHPRA Certification as an RN is
• Passionate about working in healthcare
• Committed to ongoing professional development
• A great listener and communicator
• A compassionate and clear-sighted team player

Reporting to the Care Manager/Clinical Lead, your responsibilities include:

• Providing high-quality care to residents
• Working collaboratively to provide guidance, education and support to the care team and their families
• Maintaining and upholding documentation
• Ensuring nursing and care practice meets resident need and priorities
