The role provides RN leadership and clinical direction to an allocated group of carers and is responsible for a designated number of residents. Lodges on George has two Care Managers to whom this position reports.

We are a highly reputable, leading provider of aged care in our community, boasting 132 beds with a full range of services on site. Lodges on George is all large single-room accommodation with its own ensuite and multiple communal areas for the residents to enjoy.
The management team are dynamic and enthusiastic and fosters a supportive and collegiate workplace.
To be successful, you will be required to have:
- A current registration
- Aged care experience is desirable
- Demonstrated problem-solving and leadership skills
- Sound clinical assessment skills
- Competent computer skills
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
