About this Opportunity
Beaumont Care Wamuran are currently seeking AHPRA registered RN's to join the team on a permanent or casual basis. We have a variety of shifts available across mornings, afternoons and nights, weekdays and on the weekends. We are happy to support your availability and work choices.
This key role reports to the Service Manager and works closely with the Clinical Nurses and care staff through leading the team in the provision of quality resident care and services, while partnering with residents and their families/ representatives to ensure the best outcomes for all.
About You
To be considered for this role you will have:
- AHPRA registration as an RN
- Current NDIS Worker Screening clearance, or willingness to apply
- Confidence to lead a team of AIN's in the provision of quality, resident focussed care
- Attention to detail and the confidence to discuss choices with residents and their families/ representatives
- Exceptional customer service skills with a customer focussed approach to quality, improvements and feedback
- Prior experience in aged care is highly regarded, but not essential
