AddressCQ Eye is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team.
This is as a minimum, a casual, one day a week position. The current day required is a Tuesday, however it is possible that this maybe reviewed further for the right candidate. Further hours on other days is also an option. We would encourage anyone interested in casual type hours to apply.
This is surgical/procedural focused position involving, but not limited to:
- Assisting the doctor in minor treatment room surgical procedures/sterile technique
- Treatment room and equipment preparation and sterilisation
- Preparation and administration of IM medications
- Patient monitoring during in room surgical procedures
- Cannulation
Full practice specific training and support will be provided.
Whilst a procedural room specific position, applicants will still work alongside other clinical staff, as well as a number of administrative staff and must therefore be able to work as part of a team and have a friendly and positive disposition.
