Be challenged and imagine with us Are you a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse seeking a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the health of University of Newcastle students? The University Health Service is currently recruiting a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team.
As a crucial member of our healthcare professionals, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality clinical support throughout the student lifecycle. You will utililse your nursing expertise to perform a range of clinical duties under the guidance of University Health Service General Practitioners.
Your responsibilities will encompass general nursing duties such as immunization, wound management, assisting with medical procedures, health promotion, infection control, and cold chain management with our student population. Your role will extend beyond clinical duties, allowing you to engage with students in a proactive approach to health and well-being. This ongoing position is full time, with flexibility for part time job share at a HEW Level 6 until and will be based at Callaghan Campus (Awabakal and Worimi land).
