SalaryAs a Registered Nurse you will deliver holistic care for residents that prioritises health, wellbeing, and community connection to support the changing needs of residents.
- Permanent - Part Time position, 36 per week at Green Hills Residential Care Service
- Higher hourly rates (between $40.79 - 50.58) plus the benefit of salary packaging
- $5,000 relocation bonus to Registered Nurses willing to move

- Ensure the highest standard of care is delivered to residents in accordance with the Aged
- Care Standards and Aged Care Act
- Liaise with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic person-centered approach
- Build positive relationships with Residents, families, and other staff members
- Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Knowledge of legislation, regulations and evidence based best practice relevant to aged care

- Ability to lead a team of Care Staff
- Clinical assessment skills and commitment to best practice. approaches to care delivery
- Organisational and planning skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- A current Criminal History Check (within the last three years) suitable for aged care (or willing to obtain) and evidence of three COVID vaccinations
