OUR CLIENT:
This is a key client of ours with multiple other Cranfield Healthcare nurses currently working on-site. They are looking for support Registered Nurses who are passionate about Aged Care, and who demonstrate empathy, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care. You will receive industry leading support in this contract as well as the possibility for travel across their other NSW sites.
What's needed from you as an RN:
- Registered Nurse (current AHPRA Registration)
- Demonstrated experience working in a highly regulated industry, ideally Aged Care or retirement village.
- Competent in complex care e.g. complex wound management
- Demonstrated experience in assessing, care planning and evaluating complex care needs
- Solid understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and Principles, ANACC and other aged-care related legislation.
