Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work closely with other professionals to deliver cohesive and comprehensive care.
- Provide Medical Care: Administer medications, manage nutrition, and provide pressure care to ensure residents' comfort and well-being.
- Manage Wound Care: Support residents with chronic conditions like diabetes and care for wounds to enhance health outcomes.
- Advocate for Residents' Rights: Ensure respectful treatment and provide emotional support to reduce isolation.
- Assess Residents' Health: Evaluate vital signs and collect health data to create personalized care plans.
- Maintain Detailed Records: Keep precise records of treatments and assessments to ensure high-quality care.
- Ensure Safety: Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure environment for residents' well-being.
- 6 months of clinical experience as an RN in Australia
- Valid Australian working rights.
- AHPRA Registration
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
- Interpersonal and written communication skills
