Requirements: In order to succeed in this role, you must hold current AHPRA registration, with previous experience in leading, managing staff and overseeing the clinical care provided to the residents. You will have a minimum of one year post-basic or post-graduate nursing experience, excellent clinical documentation skills and proven capacity to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team. You will be a motivated and passionate Registered Nurse, who has strong communication skills and the ability to foster positive relationships with colleagues, supervisors, residents and their families. You will also have current First Aid & CPR and Manual Handling certification and have or be willing to obtain a current National Police Clearance.
