• $88k - $111k p.a. + superannuation
• Locations across the Bunbury region: Elanora, Fields and Dalyellup facilities
• Working closely with the Facility Manager and Clinical Nurse Manager to provide care and case management across the facility.
• Ensure that clinical records reflect care, in line with all accreditation standards and legislative requirements

• National Police Clearance - current within 12 months (or evidence of application)
• Current AHPRA registration 
• Aged care experience is desirable
