About the Role
As a member of our ward nursing team, you will work closely with the clinical team and with the support and guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager, Team Leader and CNSs to ensure the highest level of quality service and care is provided to our patients across all specialties – medical, surgical, rehabilitation and palliative care.
About You
You will have recent experience in an acute hospital setting, with exceptional customer service, communication interpersonal skills.
Essential criteria:
- Relevant current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse (IV Qualified)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in an acute hospital ward-based environment
- Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
Remuneration
Enrolled Nurse (IV Qualified): $ 30.95 - $33.69 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (NSW EN gr1-thereafter) [FTE $61,157.20 - $66,571.44]
Registered Nurse:$34.43 - $48.33 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (NSW RN/Midwife gr1-gr8) [FTE 68,033.68 - $95,500.08]

About our Hospital
Southern Highlands Private Hospital provides 73 acute medical and surgical beds, as well as an extensive range of onsite rehabilitation and palliative care services for the local community and beyond to the surrounding regional and rural areas.
The Hospital has 4 Operating Theatres, a Procedure Room, a Day Surgery Unit and a Day Oncology Unit. The hospital is centrally located in Bowral, adjacent to the public hospital.
Requirements
- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases, which may include Covid-19.
