An exciting opportunity currently exists for you to join the Renal Services, Integrated Medicine, Child and Youth Services team as a Registered Nurse. You will complete the Renal Transition Support Program in articulation mode which provides the opportunity to apply for advanced standing towards academic credit in relevant postgraduate program. Expectation is to complete all key components of the program within the 12-months time frame.
