Address Position: Registered Nurse Level 1.1 - Level 1.8 Location: Canberra Employment Type: Casual Ward: Medical, Surgical Our Canberra Health-care team is currently recruiting for an experienced Registered Nurse Level 1.1 to Level 1.8 on a casual basis, with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering high quality patient care to join our established nursing team in our Casual Pool. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity that promotes work life balance in a supportive team environment within the General Medical and Surgical Units.
As a Registered Nurse your responsibilities will include:
Provide evidenced based nursing care
Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team
Ensure patient and staff safety
Supervise, direct and guide nursing team members to deliver patient care
Essential Criteria:
Current AHPRA Registration
Bachelor of Nursing
Commitment to Quality Patient Care
Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
Sound clinical decision making and problem solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Works well independently and within a team
