Your Next Adventure
Operating in a homecare environment, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients are safe and happy in their own homes. You will be working in Townsville and its surrounding areas.
Reporting to our Managing Director, your role as part of our leadership team will involve assisting in the management and development of our growing team of qualified Caregivers and Nurses, and includes but will not be limited to the following:
- Meeting with potential clients to consult on their options for premium homecare services
- Design tailored and meaningful client care plans that foster positive relationships between our Clients and the Care Team
- Oversee Client Clinical Care and maintain meticulous care documentation records
- Be accountable for maintaining the high clinical standards set by Nurse Next Door
- Proudly represent the Nurse Next Door brand in all things that you do, and build strong professional relationships in the healthcare industry

Mandatory Requirements
- Registered Nurse (APHRA Registration required)
- CPR & First Aid Certification
- Current Queensland Drivers Licence
- National Police Check Clearance (Aged Care/Vulnerable Persons Sector)
- Working with Children Check
- Disability Workers Exclusion Scheme Approval
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion
- This permanent full time position requires some flexibility and availability to work occasional evening, weekends and on-call as required.
Experience Requirements
- Strong computer skills, proficient in G-Suite (Docs, sheet, drives, calendar)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Intentional organisation, planning, time management and multi-tasking skills
- Demonstrated experience setting and achieving goals
- Customer service and leadership background considered an asset
