Our Cleveland Service are looking for a Registered Nurse to work in the Community across Cleveland and surrounding areas providing comprehensive and accurate nursing assessments and plan care. We're looking for someone with the following qualifications and qualities: Current AHPRA registration (Nursing). Proof of Hepatitis B vaccination. Current National Police Check. Current Drivers License. Ability to work autonomously as you will be out in the Community and travelling from client to client. Expertise in wound care, medication management, and post-acute care. Proven experience in community healthcare with a dedication to continuous improvement. Exceptional time management skills and a commitment to thorough, up-to-date documentation.…
