Registered Nurse working as a Primary Clinician on the Continuing Care Team.
What you'll be doing
- Is responsible for the provision of person centred; evidence- based nursing care that promotes positive health outcomes.
- Will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Will assist in the provision of supervision and support for less experienced clinicians and will maintain their professional accountability and development in accordance with the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Council Competency Standards; and Align their professional conduct with those of the NSW Health CORE Values.
Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Please provide proof of vaccination if available.

Selection Criteria * Registered Nurse with current registration with AHPRA.
- Demonstrated experience working in a Mental Health setting.
- Current unrestricted NSW driver's licence.
- Demonstrated ability of working within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Commitment to working in a recovery focus model of care - facilitating consumer involvement in the development of their own treatment/management plans.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literacy and understanding of relevant health related information systems.
