ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are currently looking for an experienced Registered or Enrolled Nurse to support our clients to live independently at home. Nursing service provision includes wound care, medication management and clinical assessments.
This position will be located from our Lynbrook office. At this stage we are looking for 1 - 2 day/week availability - preferably on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday - with the aim of growing our clinical presence in the region. (We are also advertising an identical position for our Mornington office!)
ABOUT YOU:
To be successful in this role you will have previous Nursing experience, have strong communication, time management and supervisory skills and have the ability to work independently to support clients with a number of complex health issues.
Previous experience in the home care and/or aged care sectors would be beneficial but is not essential.
