About the Role
The Registered Nurse for Hospital In The Home will be a valued member of the HITH team working as a part of a multidisciplinary health care team utilising the practice of nursing to deliver patient centred care, in any practice setting that is in accordance with the NMBA Registered Nurse standards for practice, AWH Nursing scope of practice and AWH Nursing professional capability framework. We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following requirements to apply for this exceptional opportunity.
- Minimum 3 years Post Grad as a Registered Nurse
- Work independently and as part of a multi discipnlinary health care team
- Sound clinicial skills and knowledge
Employment Type: This is a Permanent Part Time 24 hours per week (FTE 0.6) opportunity.
